There's something special about a winter wedding day. The snow on the ground gives a peaceful, laid back feeling, and everything looks like it's been sprinkled by powdered sugar.
Adam and Heidi's day was oddly warm at the tail end of a polar vortex. One of the coldest the state of Wisconsin had seen in YEARS! The ground still had a beautiful blanket of snow, but the temperature was more like spring, and gave everyone hope that it meant the ground hog, who had not seen his shadow earlier in the day, would be 100% accurate in his prediction.
The one thing that stood out the most to me during Adam and Heidi's day was the amount of laughter, and the general relaxed feel of everyone in attendance. From the beginning, everyone had a smile and cracked jokes, which made me incredibly happy to witness, because I truly believe the best marriages hold a lot of joy and are so healthy because both people understand that life is too short to take everything seriously!
The second thing I loved: The representation of the color blue, which represented our nations Police Officers. We love our law enforcement officers and the sacrifices they make, so on that note, a huge thank you to our groom, Adam, for choosing to devote his life to serving others.
Third, We loved Heidi's Dad, the reaction he had when seeing his daughter for the first time, and the amazing connection Heidi and her Dad so obviously share!
Watching them during their "first look" through the lens, it was hard to hold back the tears!
There were so many stand out moments, but these are just a few of my favorites! Check out some of their images to see what a gorgeous day it was, and let's all take a minute to appreciate how gorgeous Heidi's dress is, along with her beautiful bridesmaids dresses!!
Heidi, Adam and The rest of the fam, thank you so much for having Brieana and I be a part of your day!
